Making a Booking
To secure your apartment, 50% of the total rental is to be paid. Only once this is received will the reservation be secure.

Confirmation of your booking and receipt of payment will be sent to you via email.

The balance will be required at least 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. If you are booking less than four weeks prior to the holiday, the full amount will be required.

Deposit

A breakage and cleaning deposit of £400 is required when booking the apartment or at least 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.  This is refundable at the end of your stay minus the cost of any breakages and cleaning as required. Please check the cancellation terms at the time of booking - deposits are non-refundable and have a sliding scale of charges for last minute cancellations after the balance has been paid.

Payments

Payment can be accepted in pounds sterling or euros and does not include cleaning or linen. We can now also accept payment by credit card through Paypal.

Changeover Day

Saturday changeover. Arrival 3pm, departure 10am - flexible when possible.

Linen

Linen packs are available at £10 per double bed and £8 per single set. This includes duvet cover, sheets and two pillow covers.

Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your booking this should be done in writing and the following fees will apply:

1-14 days before arrival - non refundable

15-30 days before arrival - 25% refundable

31-60 days before arrival - 60% refundable

61 days before arrival - 100% refundable minus £30 admin fee

Winter Rental Period

12 December - 18 April

Summer Rentals

Summer breaks are also available as there is a full summer schedule of activities available in and around the area.  Please email us with any enquiries you may have and we will do our best to help you.

Summer rental period runs from May - August
